During my graduate study, I applied the box-Behnken response surface method to optimize ultrasonic assistance and learned c++, Java, and database-related knowledges. At the same time, I developed a strong interest in bioinformatics.
Currently, I am doing my PhD study with the supervision of Tony Wu trying to develop new computational tools studying human gut microbiome.
