My research interests are the gut microbiota and its interactions with metabolic diseases, including NAFLD, T2D, and cardiovascular disease, and the influence of dietary intervention on the gut microbiota and host health. By establishing the role of diet in the microbiota-disease axis, we aim to highlight the prospect of gut microbiota in disease prevention or treatment.
