My research focuses on microbiome-mediated mechanisms across diverse biological systems. I am particularly interested in how microbial communities and their metabolites shape host phenotypes and biological functions. By integrating microbiome sequencing, metabolomics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics, I aim to uncover microbial mechanisms underlying host health, development, cognition, and environmental responses.
